Role Title

Java AWS Developer – Senior Level

Working with

(Reporting Relationship)

Customer Development Teams + Project Teams

Have experience in developing and delivering end-to-end solutions by integrating multiple DevOps tools.

What the role entails (Key Responsibilities)

1. The primary skills for the role to support the development, testing, debugging, and implementation of software programs, applications, and projects

a. Must have skills

i. Java

ii. Spring Boot,

iii. AWS Lambda,

iv. Angular,

v. DynamoDB,

vi. AWS services (ECS, EC2, Kinesis, SQS, Event bridge, etc.)

2. Work with the customer project teams to support the creation, review, and approval of software development specifications, projects, and schedules

3. Minimum of eight years of hands-on experience with AWS Microservices Core skills with development and deployment experience on the AWS cloud-native services.

4. The below secondary skills can be considered for this role:

i. Go (Golang)

ii. Front-end JavaScript frameworks

iii. infrastructure as code tools/AWS Cloud Formation

iv. Good understanding of AWS Security Architecture

v. Good understanding of NoSQL and relational databases

vi. SRE and DevOps best practices for continuous delivery

Industry certifications such as AWS Certified Developer – Associate is a value add for this role.

Bachelor's degree and at least eight years of experience designing and coding solutions using Java and AWS Cloud Native Services skills.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: From $130,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• AWS: 1 year (Preferred)
• JAVA: 8 years (Preferred)
• Angular: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: On the road
